Day 01. Lima

Arrival at city of Lima, reception in the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Accommodation.

Day 02. Lima 

Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel in Lima. In the afternoon, we will visiting the historic center of Lima, The Grau Square, the Justice Palace, The San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the City hall of Lima, the Torre Tagle Palace, the Desamparados Station , the San Francisco Convent and old streets with colonial mansions and Moorish style balconies. In the afternoon, also will visit the most traditional residential areas of the capital: San Isidro and Miraflores, from here we will enjoy a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. Finally, we will visit the Larco Museum considered one of the best museums in Latin America. Its rooms exhibit the best and most complete golden and silver collection of pre-Hispanic Peru in the world. It is also known for its large warehouses and erotic ceramics showrooms. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 03.  Lima / Trujillo 

Breakfast in the hotel. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Trujillo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit to the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, also the Huacas de Moche Museum that keeps inside the pieces of ceramics, weavings and goldsmiths found in the pyramids. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 04. Trujillo – Chan-Chan / Chiclayo 

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning will start our full day excursion in the Moche Valley, visiting the countryside where you will appreciate the traditional way of cultivating the land and the typical clothes of local people, in this countryside is the highest temple in America: The Sun and the Temple of Moon. We will continue our visit to the  Chan – Chan archaeological complex, visiting the Rainbow Temple or Huaca el Dragón. After that, we will visit Huanchaco, traditional fishing port where you will know the “totora horses” (old Mochicas boats). Includes typical lunch. Transfer to the bus station to start our trip in Chiclayo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 05. Chiclayo / Chachapoyas 

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning we will visit La Huaca Rajada, where the intact tomb of El Señor de Sipán was found, the sumptuousness of its ornaments and the high degree of its technological development in the goldsmith work make it one of the most important archaeological discoveries in Peru. We will also visit Túcume and its archaeological complex, famous for its pyramids and terraces. You will find 24 to 26 pyramids that cover an area of 49 km2, including the Huaca Las Estacas and Mirador. Later we will visit the new and modern Museum Royal Tombs of Sipan, it has 10 exhibition rooms, where you will  appreciate the treasures of the Lord of Sipan and the large collection of gold, silver and copper objects. Includes lunch. At night, transfer to the bus station to travel to Chachapoyas. Night on board.

Day 06. Chachapoyas 

Early in the morning. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Chachapoyas. Welcome breakfast. At appropriate time, we will transfer toward the little town of Huanca, on route we will stop in the Luya Urco viewpoint, then in Huancas we will see the typical elaboration of the ceramic, the Sonche Canyon River and finally, we will visit the handcraft gallery “La Cusana”. Return to the city. Accommodation.

Day 07. Karajía Sacophagi and Caves of Quiocta 

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer by car to the province of Luya-Lamud, continuing our journey visiting the villages of Cohechanand Cruzpata. From here, we will walk to the burial site of Karajia; these sarcophagi belong to the pre-inca culture of The Chachapoyas. Return for lunch in Luya. Then we visit another natural attraction in the middle of the vegetation, there is the Caves of Quiocta. Return to Chachapoyas. Accommodation.

Day 08. Chachapoyas: Citadel Fortress of Kuelap 

After breakfast, at appropriate time we will depart to the Fortified Citadel of Kuelap.  Our first stop will be in the Archaeological Site of Macro. After that, will across different villages as Nuevo Tingo, Choctamal, Longuita y Maria arriving at the parking area of Malca, from there we will walk some minutes to the citadel of Kuelap, where we will visit many places such as ceremonial grounds, the main temple, circular room and more. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Return to Chachapoyas. Accommodation.

Day 09. Chachapoyas – Gocta Falls / Chiclayo 

After breakfast, we will departure to Cocachimba town where we will start walking to arrive at Gocta Falls. On route, we will appreciate an amazon combination of geography and history making an amazing place. Arrival, here you will have time to take photos and swimming around the base of the waterfall. Box lunch. In the afternoon, walk back to Cocachimba and return to Chachapoyas.  Transfer to the bus terminal to take the bus to Chiclayo. Night on board.

Day 10. Chiclayo / Lima 

Early in the morning, arrival to Chiclayo and transfer to the hotel. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take youe flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 11. Lima / Cusco / Urubamba 

Breakfast in the hotel. At appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, located 600 m altitude lower than Cusco that is very beneficial to prevent altitude sickness. Free day for acclimatization. Accommodation.

Day 12. Sacred Valley / Aguas Calientes 

Breakfast in the hotel. We arrive at Pisac village where you will have the opportunity to visit the typical market of handmade products, made by the inhabitants of the community. We will continue visiting typical villages. In the afternoon, lunch in a local restaurant, after that will visit to the Ollantaytambo Fortress. At appropriate time, transfer to the train station to Aguas Calientes. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel on foot. Accommodation.

Day 13. Aguas Calientes / Machu Picchu / Cusco 

Breakfast. Early in the morning, will ascend by bus. Upon arrival, enjoy the imposing view of the Sacred Citadel of the Inca Machu Picchu empire, chosen one of the 7 New Wonders of the Modern World in the 2007. Visit the main sectors of the Sanctuary. Lunch in a local restaurant. At appropriate time, return to Cusco by train. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 14. Cusco 

Breakfast in the hotel.  In the afternoon, we will visit the most iconic and main tourist attractions of the imperial city, archaeological sites such as Qenqo, Saqsayhuaman, Tambomachay, Puca- Pucara, the Cathedral of Cusco, the Main Square and the Qoricancha temple. Return to the hotel.

Meals: Breakfast 

Day 15. Cusco / Lima 

Breakfast in the hotel. At appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

 Day 16. Lima / International Flight 

Breakfast in the hotel.  At appropriate time, transfer to airport to take your international flight.
