Day 01. Lima
Arrival, reception in the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 02. Lima
Breakfast in the hotel. At the appropriate time, we will start our half-day excursion called Colonial and modern Lima, where we will visit the Main Square, the Cathedral, San Francisco church and convent, The government Palace, the Justice Palace, the city hall of Lima, the Desamparados station, old streets with old colonial mansion and Moorish style balconies. Will go to financial and modern districts: San Isidro and Miraflores, from here you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean.
At night, be amazed visiting to the largest electronic water fountains in the world, certified by the Guinness World Record. Admire a wonderful water show in the famous “Parque de la Reserva”. At the end of the day, have a dinner in a touristic restaurant. Accommodation.

Day 03. Lima
Breakfast in the hotel. The culinary adventure starts in a typical “Peruvian market.” In this place, we will be able to appreciate many Peruvian products and enjoy unique fruits like chirimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto, and pacae. We will also visit the exclusive restaurant “La Rosa Nautica”, where you will learn to prepare the famous “Pisco Sour” by an expert bartender and delicious “Ceviche” prepared by the restaurant’s chef. You will enjoy a delicious lunch. Free afternoon. Accommodation.

Day 04. Lima / Arequipa
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the Lima airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Lunch in a typical restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the city of Arequipa: places such as Carmen Alto, Yanahuara, the Main Square where is the Cathedral, the Company Church, and the Santa Catalina convent which was closed to the public for approximately four centuries, also visit to the Andean Sanctuaries Museum where you will find the Juanita mummy. Day 05. Arequipa / Cusco
Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the hotel, in the afternoon have a lunch in a local restaurant. Free day for acclimatization to the altitude. Accommodation.

Day 06. Cusco/ Gastronomic Tour
Breakfast in the hotel. We will start our tour in the San Pedro market where passengers will have the opportunity to talk with the “market’s houses” to whom we will buy native products for our preparations as well as having the opportunity to taste it.
Our cooking class will start with the elaboration of pisco sours and chilcanos, using different Pisco strains as well as some macerated ones. Then prepare the cold entrees (ceviche and cause with the possibility of changing these dishes if the passengers require it).
Once the preparations are ready we will sit down to taste each one their preparation. Then we will prepare the main dish. Afterwards we will sit down at the table to eat the creations and finally we will have the opportunity to tasting the native fruits. Accommodation.

Day 07. Cusco/ Machu Picchu / Cusco
Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, transfer from your hotel to the train station in Ollanta. This magnificent adventure begins traveling through one of the most spectacular railway routes in the world, we will observe beautiful Andean panoramic landscapes. Arrival at Aguas Calientes; will ascend by bus. Upon arrival, enjoy the imposing view of the Sacred Citadel of the Inca Machu Picchu empire, chosen one of the 7 New Wonders of the Modern World in the year 2007. Visit the main sectors of the Sanctuary. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, return to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in Cusco.

Day 08. Cusco
Breakfast in the hotel. Free morning. In the afternoon, we will visit the most iconic and main tourist attractions of the imperial city, archaeological sites such as Qenqo, Saqsayhuaman, Tambomachay, Puca- Pucara, the Cathedral of Cusco, the Main Square and the Qoricancha temple. Return to the hotel. Accommodation. At night, will enjoy of a delicious dinner in touristic restaurant.

Day 09. Cusco / Lima
