Virgilio Mart\u00ednez’s “Central” restaurant was ranked second as the best restaurant in Latin America and they both imposed Peru’s leadership for the second consecutive year on the list of the region’s most outstanding gastronomic proposals.<\/p>\n

Likewise, during the ceremony, P\u00eda Le\u00f3n was awarded as the Best Female Chef of Latin America in the 50 Best Chefs. She currently opened the restaurant “Kjolle” in the city of Barranco, after accompanying Virgilio Martinez for nearly 10 years in “Central”.<\/p>\n
