Day 1. Lima – Lima Gourmet at Night

At the appropriate time, reception at the Lima airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon we will start the Gourmet tour, where you will taste the representative Peruvian dishes, accompanied with the best local cocktails. You will have a Pisco cocktail demonstration in front of the sunset and an Amazon cooking class. In the afternoon, taste delicious local recipes under the stars in the middle of the pre-Inca ruins and walk through the bohemian neighborhood streets of Barranco. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

 Day 2. Lima – Modern and Colonial / Barranco Show dinner

Breakfast. In the morning, we will start our tour to the modern residential districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. We will visit the financial center, the Olivar Park, the Huaca Pucllana and a pre-Inca ceremonial temple with shape of a pyramid that has survived the urban expansion of Lima. We will stop at the “Parque del Amor” located on the Miraflores Malecon.

Continuing our journey, we will go to the Historical Center of Lima, declared by UNESCO in 1991 Cultural Heritage of Humanity. There, you will know the Plaza San Martin, the Main Square, Government Palace, the Cathedral of Lima and the City Hall of Lima, balconies and old houses Moorish style. We will know one of the most important convents of the seventeenth century, the Convent of San Francisco. We will visit the old library, the Choir, The Main Cloister and the underground crypts known as Catacombs, also will visit the Aliaga house, the oldest house in America that is the home of the same family for 17 generations. Finishing our tour you will have the option to staying in the Indian market, in Larcomar or returning to the hotel.

In the afternoon, discover the bohemian district of Barranco and the traditional “Puente de los Suspiros”. At night, you will have a delicious buffet dinner and show in a tourist restaurant presents the most important manifestations of the Peruvian dance, music and folklore. Return to the hotel. Day 3: Lima – History of the Cuisine

Breakfast. In the morning, we will start our Flavors Tour where will show you the history of the Peruvian cuisine. Our gastronomic adventure begins in the typical “Peruvian market” there you will appreciate many Peruvian products and will enjoy of unique fruits such as cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacae.

In the afternoon, we will visit an exclusive restaurant, where you will prepare your own Pisco Sour and the famous Ceviche. In addition, you will have a lunch that includes the most representative dishes of the Peruvian cuisine. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 4: Lima / International Flight

Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take your international flight.
