The new restaurant AYASQA Vinicunca-Palcoyo was opened on October 19, 2019, 75 kilometers from the city of Cusco, in the district of Quiquijana and the province of Quispincanchis.

The food services offered are breakfasts and lunches, both in buffet format and in two versions: standard and premium, between both proposals the restaurant expects to meet the existing demand for gastronomic services with standards of health, variety, quality, comfortable environment and careful attention; the initial capacity is 120 people, with expectation of expansion in the immediate future.
