The tapestry, is a tribute to the culture of Espinar, was made in the Fiber Alpaca and Sheep Wool Plant of Pallpata.
Made from high quality sheep wool yarns, 90% of them made by hand using the Puchka technique.
The fabric was manufactured in one piece, without joints, so it was made at the same time by 12 artisans and using a loom machine 16 meters long.
The tapestry is being exhibited in the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, the Coricancha esplanade and in other emblematic sites of the Imperial City.
